My spouse isn't OCD, but I believe I am in some small ways. It doesn't affect my life adversely, it's more of Sexy women looking real sex Hardeeville a curiosity when it happens. For example, while driving under an underpass, I tend to look up under the bridge for homeless people. Why? I have no fucking idea. It's just an OCD habit. I've also noticed that when I fall into a routine or habit for doing something, I tend to cultivate that habit precisely. Then that causes me to take far more time than necessary to complete it. I have to force myself to vary the routine, or accept results less than perfection, to keep from making it worse. Like doing laundry first every scrap must be carried downstairs. THEN sorting into specific piles. Adjust piles so they're even loads. Do all this before the first load goes in the washer. Then wash first jeans, next dark colors, next light colors, then whites. Last are sheets or towels. Why? I have no fucking idea. I have to make myself start the jeans before sorting everything, or just the load of sheets down and start those before gathering everything up. It became noticeable at my job bosses made comments to me about "time management." I realized it was because I was forcing perfection into all my tasks, and to be 'perfect' it must follow a specific routine. Time WASTER to the -!!! I'm working on multi-tasking instead, and shaking up my routine so I can't follow any unnnecessary steps. Surprise my time management has improved. But it's still hard to resist, and I have to make conscious effort to avoid the OCD habits. Anyway, I'm rambling. Board is slow tonight and I'm not sleepy.
