I am talking about a van. Second, I am NOT talking about a road trip or short term frolic. I am talking about living in this van on a permanent or semi-permanent basis with ME.

Im educated, literate, articulate, well groomed and not unattractive. A bit about you. You are over 40, fit, a non-smoker, without or obligations and ready for the greatest adventure of your lifetime.
If you are unfamiliar with this particular "sub-culture" or "tribe", you might Google "stealth vans" or "live in vans". The primary advantage of a van, over a full sized RV, is their ability to blend in with urban environments without drawing attention to themselves. Though, honestly, with the right companion, I dont think I would be spending the majority of my time within the confines of cities or civilization. There is too much beauty in the world to explore, experience and be a part of.
This is an idea that has been with me for years. Over the past several weeks Ive spent hundreds of hours researching all that I can on the topic. Even so, my preparations for actual departure into "off grid" life, will take me somewhere into May or June. Hence, this post. In my research, I have noticed two distinct types of van dwellers: Singe van dwellers and couple van dwellers. I have been impressed that, though both types, in general, seem alert, vibrant and alive through a heightened experience that is, as yet foreign to me, sharing the experience with a companion seems the best option as far as Im concerned.
So, here is what I am suggesting. If this post resonates with you, at any level, if you feel this proposed adventure perfectly suits you relative to this moment in your own life journey, I suggest we begin a correspondence. We will have several months to become acquainted. I am in the Salt Lake area.
